Lindsay N. Richardson

richardsonSince graduating from law school, Lindsay’s entire career has been dedicated to aggressively defending the lives and livelihood of those accused of committing a wide variety of felony and misdemeanor offenses. She has successfully defended both juveniles and adults charged with sexual assault, domestic violence, felony assault, robbery, DUI, and various firearms and weapons offenses, to name a few. She specializes in cases involving allegations of sexual misconduct, claims of self-defense, and school and university disciplinary matters. She is skilled in the courtroom, having attained dozens of Not Guilty verdicts at trial, but prides herself on her ability to work tirelessly and think outside the box in order to resolve cases successfully ahead of trial. In 2016, Lindsay was recognized as one of the best young attorneys in her profession by Super Lawyers magazine.
