Practice Areas

After graduating from law school in San Diego, California, Mr. Graham returned to Colorado where he had grown up and attended the University of Colorado, Boulder for his undergraduate studies. He originally started his own small firm in 1998 prior to joining Danny Foster in 1999 to form Foster & Graham, LLP, the predecessor of the current law firm. Mr. Graham specializes in transactional real estate law providing clients with a wide variety of services, including loan documentation, foreclosures, commercial and residential real estate, and entity formation . He also has extensive experience in consumer bankruptcy and has successfully represented several hundred clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies.
