Keslie Cooper is a litigation and compliance attorney whose practice spans employment law, corporate and municipal matters, regulatory compliance, and civil litigation. She advises businesses on compliance, internal policies, and risk management, and represents clients in administrative proceedings, mediations, hearings, and litigation from pre-suit through resolution.

Keslie maintains a well-rounded practice that integrates litigation with transactional and compliance work.

On the transactional and compliance side, she counsels small businesses and organizations on corporate governance, workplace policies, and regulatory obligations. She drafts and evaluates agreements to ensure alignment with client objectives and applicable law, conducts internal investigations, and provides strategic guidance in response to workplace issues and regulatory challenges.

On the litigation side, Keslie handles matters involving employment disputes, breach of contract, tort claims, and administrative law. She manages discovery, drafts dispositive and other substantive motions, and represents clients in hearings, mediations, and administrative proceedings.

Keslie has strong ties to Colorado’s Western Slope and is based in the firm’s Grand Junction office. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Denver and her J.D. from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, where she received a Certificate in Environmental Law and multiple academic honors.

When Keslie is not in the office, she can be found enjoying the outdoors with her dogs, cooking for loved ones, or curling up with a good book.
