John is a seasoned trial attorney with extensive experience in complex business litigation, financial fraud, government investigations, and white-collar defense. Often practicing at the intersection of civil, criminal, and regulatory law, John has tried diverse cases involving securities, intellectual property, trade secrets, commercial disputes, employment, real estate, health care, and financial institutions. John has also defended public and private companies and individuals facing white-collar prosecutions and enforcement proceedings.
