David Foster represents client to protect property owner rights.

Residents of a West Highland neighborhood are campaigning to mark a 100 year old home with historical designation – despite the homeowner’s wishes to sell the property to developers.

Partner David Foster is the attorney for the homeowner, and recently appeared on ABC 7 to discuss the case. Foster is calling the situation a “hostile historic designation.”

This case highlights the importance of knowing your rights as a property owner, something Attorney Foster hopes to establish in favor of his client.
