FGMC has extensive experience representing lenders and equipment lessors in all aspects of commercial finance, including loan documentation, workouts, collection, foreclosure and bankruptcy.  Our clients have included numerous banks, commercial finance companies and other lenders.  The loan documentation group has documented hundreds of commercial credit facilities, including working capital lines of credit, term loans, draw term loans, capex facilities, business acquisition financing facilities, and senior, mezzanine and permanent real estate loans.  The loan documentation group works closely with the collection and workout team in the event any secured or unsecured credit facility goes into default or becomes a special asset.
