Selected by his peers as one of the Top 100 Super Lawyers in the state of Colorado.

  • An aggressive and caring advocate for his injured clients
  • Multiyear recipient of the Super Lawyer Designation for Plaintiff Personal Injury law
  • Millions of dollars earned for his clients through trial verdicts and settlements

A founding partner and co-managing partner of Foster Graham Milstein & Calisher LLP, Danny Foster focuses his representation on helping individuals and families who have suffered serious personal injuries as a result of car accidents, bicycle accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, wrongful death and other forms of negligent conduct.  Danny started his career as a prosecutor in the Denver District Attorney’s office from 1997-1999.  Danny co-founded FGMC immediately after leaving the DA’s office.  He understood that to be the best lawyer he had to provide his clients personalized care and constant communication.  His attention to detail and his close relationships with his clients allowed him to build one of central Denver’s largest independent law firms.

Being the best at representing personal injury clients requires a commitment to learning the complex medical issues and understanding how the insurance companies operate, as well as not being afraid to litigate cases and go to trial when the insurance company tries to take advantage.  Danny and the FGMC Personal Injury team take only a handful of catastrophic and serious injury cases.  He lets his clients know that his is not a TV advertising law firm.  When you hire FGMC you are not paying for expensive billboard and TV advertisements where FGMC is obligated to bring in every case that comes across our desk just to cover our costs.  We prefer to handle serious injury cases and allow the TV advertising attorneys to do bulk client representation.

We rely on satisfied client referrals and lawyer referrals at FGMC and we hope we can help you in your case.  Give Danny and his team a call and let’s see if we can work together to achieve incredible results.
