Stephen is an experienced litigator who prides himself on the pursuit of results. Whether championing consumers in class actions to curb injurious commercial practices or helping businesses to secure their resources and protect their rights, Stephen is dedicated to advocating for and achieving client goals. 

Prior to joining Foster Graham Milstein & Calisher, LLP, Stephen worked for Woodrow & Peluso, LLC, a boutique firm in Denver with a focus on consumer protection class actions and commercial litigation. While in law school, Stephen worked as a student attorney in the Environmental Law Clinic and as a legal fellow in DU’s Office of Technology Transfer. He also served as Managing Editor of the University of Denver Water Law Review.  

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Stephen spent time in Minnesota, Ohio, and Texas before settling in the Denver metro area. Beyond the office, Stephen has a lifelong passion for movies and music, and he loves enjoying Colorado’s grandeur and fresh air with his wife and two dogs.
