Amelia’s passion for community development led her to a career in real estate and land use where she uses her knowledge of Colorado local governments to assist clients with their property needs, including guiding clients through land use application processes and assisting with complex land use issues such as rezonings, annexations, variances, conditional use permits, and parking requirements. Outside of work, Amelia loves to cook, ski, and was a former competitive figure skater and US Figure Skating Gold Medalist Achievement Award recipient.
