The alcohol beverage landscape is undergoing significant changes in Colorado in the coming years, particularly regarding package liquor sales. Colorado has two licenses permitting the package sale of beer, wine, and spirits: the Liquor-Licensed Drugstore; and the Retail Liquor Store.
