Mr. Herrick (represented by Lara Marks Baker) was found not guilty by a jury in Douglas County on these allegations in 2011. Nevertheless, he was terminated by the Denver Police Department. An appeal of that decision is now pending with the Civil Service Commission.
Mr. Ginnett (represented by Lara Marks Baker) was sentenced to probation in Denver District Court on December 10, 2012.
