Jeffrey Crane is an experienced litigation attorney with more than 30 years of experience representing businesses and organizations in complex commercial disputes. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, contract disputes, business torts, class actions, and insurance and financial services litigation.
Before establishing the Law Office of Jeffrey E. Crane, LLC, Jeff spent more than two decades practicing with major international law firms in Chicago, including Sidley Austin LLP and Winston & Strawn LLP. Throughout his career, Jeff has represented clients in a wide range of complex matters involving consumer fraud, securities litigation, intellectual property, antitrust, government investigations, False Claims Act matters, and business disputes.
Jeff has developed particular experience representing insurance and financial services companies in class action matters involving market conduct practices, product offerings, and regulatory issues. He regularly advises clients facing complex litigation and contractual matters.
