Chris Brock is an attorney whose practice focuses on personal injury matters, where he advocates for individuals and families navigating the challenges that arise after an injury. He also assists clients with select estate planning matters, including special needs trusts and related planning needs.
Prior to joining the firm, Chris founded and developed Probate Power, a respected legal practice dedicated to serving families and individuals with special needs. Through his work, he helped clients protect public benefits eligibility through special needs trusts while assisting families with long-term planning, guardianships, and estate administration.
Chris also served as an attorney appointee and Guardian ad Litem in adult probate matters across multiple Colorado judicial districts, frequently representing individuals involved in contested guardianship proceedings. Before entering private practice, Chris served as a law clerk for the Honorable A. Bruce Jones in Denver District Court and worked with the Colorado Attorney General’s Office in the Civil Litigation & Employment Law Division.
Chris is actively involved in the Colorado legal community through leadership roles with the Colorado Bar Association, including serving as Chair of the Supplemental Needs Trust Subcommittee of the CBA Trust and Estate Section. He is also involved with several nonprofit and community organizations supporting individuals with disabilities and their families.
