Scott Albertson is a seasoned attorney with over 40 years of experience in general civil practice, with a particular focus on real estate and construction litigation. He has represented a wide range of clients, including national and regional homebuilders in construction-related disputes, as well as individual property owners in boundary conflicts, eminent domain matters, and quiet title actions. 

In addition to his litigation work, Scott has managed real estate transactions spanning from a few thousand dollars to more than $50 million. He also regularly advises clients on land use entitlements and the complex regulatory issues that often accompany real estate development. 

Scott’s comprehensive knowledge of real estate law, combined with decades of practical experience, allows him to guide clients through both the courtroom and the closing table with confidence and clarity. 

Outside the office, Scott can often be found on the soccer field, where his love of the game has kept him refereeing youth matches for over 15 years.
