We’re proud to share that Deirdre Oss has been appointed by Mayor Mike Johnston to serve on the Denver Planning Board, effective immediately. Her term will run through June 30, 2028.
This appointment is a meaningful recognition of Deirdre’s exceptional contributions to urban and regional planning in Colorado. With over 25 years of experience in the public sector, Deirdre has led a wide range of impactful initiatives—from current and long-range planning, to Title 32 special district creation, multi-agency development review management, transit-oriented development (TOD) planning, and federal grant administration.
Throughout her career, Deirdre has demonstrated an ability to lead complex planning efforts with clarity, collaboration, and integrity. Her deep professional knowledge, combined with a thoughtful, inquiry-driven approach to problem solving, has made her a trusted voice in the planning community and a valued partner across agencies and organizations.
