We are excited to announce that Brian McQuinn has joined our firm as a corporate attorney, bringing nearly a decade of experience advising clients on a wide range of general corporate matters.
Brian’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private financing, strategic commercial agreements, and acting as outside general counsel for growth-oriented businesses. He has advised on M&A transactions ranging from $250,000 to $40 million, structured financing deals using SAFE notes, convertible debt, and equity instruments, and led international secured financing projects for multinational clients across the Western Hemisphere. His experience negotiating complex commercial contracts—including SaaS, licensing, and government agreements—helps clients build scalable and resilient operations.
Brian earned his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2015, where he received the Dean’s Scholarship and a Certificate in Corporate and Commercial Law.
A Denver native, Brian brings a grounded and business-minded approach to legal challenges. Outside of work, he enjoys Brazilian culture, studies Portuguese, and travels regularly to Brazil with his wife to visit her family.
