Drew’s practice is focused on real estate transactions, with an emphasis on commercial property acquisitions and dispositions, project finance, construction, leasing and property management. With over two decades of experience, Drew has represented property owners, developers, Fortune 100 banks and private lenders on a wide range of real estate and commercial lending issues. Drew’s real estate practice spans the project life cycle, counseling clients from their initial deal structuring and due diligence through project financing, vertical construction and lease-up. Drew’s comprehensive transactional practice is further augmented by his substantial experience in commercial litigation.
