Foster Graham Milstein & Calisher, LLP has expanded its land use and real estate practice group with the addition of two attorneys, Marguerite Sadler, and Kristin Decker.
Before joining FGMC, Marguerite was a managing member of MLS Legal Services, LLC, where she provided legal and property management services and business advice to individuals, businesses, and law firms. Before that, she was in a private practice focused on real estate and financing transactions, including acquisitions, leases, development, and financing.
Marguerite is a successful real estate attorney and corporate counsel with extensive experience in private law firms, serving as in-house counsel and senior management member. Her experience spans a broad spectrum of complex domestic and international legal and business transactions, with an emphasis on providing counsel on legal rights and obligations concerning real estate acquisition and sale, leasing (office/commercial, retail, industrial and residential), finance, corporate governance and compliance, environmental and general business and commercial transactions.
Marguerite earned her J.D. from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Colorado and California.
Before joining FGMC, Kristin worked as a Deputy City Attorney for a Colorado municipality, practicing primarily in real estate and land use advising City Council, Planning Commission and City departments through land use applications and real estate related matters. Prior to being Deputy City Attorney, she was a partner at Moye White where she represented developers in real estate transactions and obtaining land use approvals. With almost 25 years working in both the public and private sector, she has the unique advantage of understanding the perspective of both sides.
Kristin earned her J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law, and she is a member of the Colorado Bar Association Real Estate Section.
