FGMC Obtains Monumental Acquittal for Cop Charged with Homicide

Gary Lozow and Mallory Revel recently won a milestone victory on behalf of a local police officer.  A Fort Lupton police officer was indicted on the charge of Manslaughter in 2019.  He was only the second officer charged following an officer-involved shooting in Colorado in decades.  The trial lasted a week, with the jury only deliberating for three hours.  The officer’s actions in this case were clearly lawful and justified, and after months of hard work and many long hours, the defense team is very grateful that the jury acquitted the officer.  FGMC is proud to be a strong advocate for local law enforcement and was honored to achieve justice for this very-deserving officer.
