After four days of arguments and testimony, it took a jury only 20 minutes to acquit former Denver Hispanic Chamber of Commerce CEO Jeffrey Campos of charges of assaulting Jennifer Reins. Campos, represented by Denver Criminal Defense Attorney Gary Lozow, had been accused of assaulting Reins while ending their nine month affair. Gary Lozow argued that his client did grab Reins’ wrists, but only in self defense and that Reins was the aggressor. Testimony from Reins’ previous boyfriends confirmed that she had a violent streak.
