Lara M. Baker

laraOver the years, Ms. Baker has developed a robust criminal practice.  She has successfully tried and defended adult and juvenile criminal matters including first and second-degree murder, sexual assault, domestic violence, fraud, armed robbery, DUI and felony drug cases, among others.  Often times the handling of a criminal matter also requires attention to ancillary considerations, such as regulatory, employment, academic or public profile consequences.   Ms. Baker is dedicated to achieving the right results for her clients beyond the four walls of a courtroom.

Ms. Baker is passionate about and has volunteered significant time toward educating young people, parents and educators alike about the pitfalls of the criminal judicial system. Ms. Baker is well-known in the Denver metro area for a series of workshops she routinely gives to student and community organizations about the juvenile criminal justice system.
