Julia Koren’s practice centers on commercial real estate transactions, encompassing a broad spectrum of activities. She assists clients with the acquisition, development, leasing, management, and disposition of a variety of property types, including shopping centers, mixed-use developments, office buildings, and industrial properties. Julia provides comprehensive support throughout the entire real estate lifecycle, making sure her clients’ transactions are strategically structured to meet their goals, whether they are acquiring new assets, developing projects, negotiating leases, managing properties, or preparing for property sales or dispositions.  She represents both national and local landlords and tenants in negotiating leases for retail, office, and industrial spaces. Her expertise spans across a variety of lease structures and terms, ensuring that her clients’ interests are well-protected whether they are leasing a single retail storefront or a large, multi-tenant office building.

Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Julia has lived in Colorado since earning her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
