Isaiah Quigley is a civil trial lawyer with significant experience handling complex disputes involving business, real estate, torts, commercial contracts, construction, and the marijuana industry. He regularly represents clients in state and federal courts across Colorado, as well as in arbitration and regulatory proceedings, including before the Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED). Isaiah is known for his trial advocacy, strategic litigation approach, and ability to resolve matters efficiently—whether through creative settlement or at trial.
Isaiah has prevailed in trials involving real property easements, lease violations, and business dissolutions, and has represented clients in personal injury, HOA enforcement, and construction litigation. He advises real estate holders, general contractors, and business entities on transactional and dispute matters, from contract preparation to partnership buyouts.
Isaiah earned his law degree from Indiana University School of Law and is admitted to practice before the Colorado Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He also serves on the board of Habitat for Humanity. He brings significant experience to his practice and approaches every client matter with dedication and focus.
