iLs is a multi-sensory program and associated hardware which integrates music, movement and language exercises for the purpose of improving brain function. iLs programs are designed to be fun, and may be used on their own or in conjunction with other methods.
iLS’s Dreampad is a patented sleep technology guaranteed to help you power down for a great sleep. The pillow plays music through gentle vibration, a process which signals the nervous system’s relaxation response, making it easier to slow down and peacefully fall asleep. It is equally effective for all ages, and particularly helpful for those experiencing stress, hyper-arousal, anxiety and auditory sensitivity. An additional benefit of the Dreampad is that only the user can hear the music.
Research has been conducted on the Dreampad’s effectiveness with stress, sleep, autism and PTSD.
