Stuart joins us as an Associate Attorney with experience spanning commercial transactions, land use and real estate matters, regulatory compliance, and complex commercial litigation. He advises businesses on contract negotiation, risk mitigation, and compliance issues, and has represented clients in state and federal courts in matters involving contractual disputes, commercial leases, covenants and easements, real estate transactions, promissory notes, and purchase and sale agreements. Stuart brings a well-rounded practice that combines both transactional work and litigation experience.
Stuart earned his undergraduate degree from Colorado Mesa University and his J.D. from the University of Wyoming. He has strong ties to Colorado’s Front Range and Western Slope and previously practiced alongside several of our attorneys in the Grand Junction office.
