Kayla joins us as an Associate Attorney with experience representing businesses in commercial transactions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Before joining the firm, she practiced as a corporate transactional attorney, where she handled commercial contracting, M&A and secured transactions, and advising clients on entity formation, structuring, and compliance issues.
Kayla earned her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she was recognized with the Outstanding Student Lawyer Award for her work in the Community Economic Development Clinic. She also contributed to The Race to the Bottom corporate law blog and completed a directed research project focusing on the underrepresentation of women in equity partnership roles.
Please join us in welcoming Kayla to FGMC—we are excited to have her on the team!
