We are excited to announce that Scott Albertson has joined our firm as Special Counsel, bringing more than four decades of experience in civil practice with a strong focus on real estate and construction litigation.
Scott’s practice spans a wide range of real estate matters, including representing national and regional homebuilders in construction-related disputes and guiding property owners through boundary conflicts, eminent domain proceedings, and quiet title actions. He also has extensive experience managing real estate transactions ranging from modest deals to projects exceeding $50 million, and regularly advises clients on land use entitlements and the complex regulatory challenges that accompany real estate development.
Scott earned his B.A. from Macalester College in 1974 and his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 1977. His deep knowledge of real estate law, combined with decades of practical experience, allows him to counsel clients with clarity and confidence—whether in the courtroom or at the closing table.
Outside of work, Scott’s passion for soccer keeps him actively involved in his community, where he has refereed youth matches for more than 15 years.
