We recently had the pleasure of representing a woman who was injured at a worksite. She was severely injured when a piece of equipment fell and caused a compound fracture of her foot. The impact of this injury cannot be understated. She had to go through numerous surgeries and physical therapy because of the injury. The injury impacted her physically, financially and has affected her ability to do her job.
If a third party is responsible for causing the injury we will go after that third party. In this case we were able to get all of their policy limits to compensate for their severe foot injury.
