Colorado Supreme Court Allows Attorneys to Advise Marijuana Businesses

Daniel J. Garfield represents companies through all facets of their business with a recent focus on assisting participants in Colorado’s marijuana industry.

FGMC attorneys were among those who asked the court to ensure the marijuana industry has business counsel.  FGMC also drafted a letter signed by industry leaders addressed to the court.
