David J. Moses has extensive experience in general corporate, real estate and commercial transactions. David counsels his clients on all aspects of their business from inception to exit, including choice of entity and entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, joint ventures, real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leases, construction contracts, commercial finance transactions and all other types of business related contracts. David also has extensive experience representing borrowers and lenders in all types of secured and unsecured credit facilities, including representing a national equipment finance company for 15 years in connection with its vendor finance program for fractional interest in aircraft.
David has served as a contributing co-editor to the Colorado section of the Compendium of Commercial Finance Law published by the Commercial Finance Association. David received his B.A. degree from Columbia University in 1988 and his J.D. degree from the UCLA School of Law in 1993. David is admitted to the Colorado and New York State Bars.
