Whenever somebody comes in for a personal injury case, I want them to know that there’s lots of attorneys who do this type of work. There’s guys who advertise all over in many different types of manners. We don’t think that’s necessary in our law firm.
We want people to come to us because they’re referred to us. We want people to come to us because they know us. We always encourage prospective clients to go out and talk to lots of attorneys. Make sure they’re comfortable with the person who’s going to be shepherding them through the process. At the end of the day, it’s about what makes things better for the client, based upon this terrible situation.
